Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time to avoid losing your deposit.

• Rescheduling is allowed up to 48 hours before the appointment without any additional charges.

Late Arrivals

• Failure to arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment results in a cancellation.

• Late arrivals may also result in a shortened service time to accommodate the next appointment.

Hair Condition

• Please DO NOT add any product to your hair as we only work with clean and oil free hair.
• Please come with your hair washed, properly detangled/blown out prior to your appointment unless you opted in for these additional services.
• Failure to do so may result in denial of service and the lost of your deposit.
